Why Me, Why Now: The Birth of The Coochie Coach
A Story of Love, Loss, and the Fight for Women's Health and Financial Freedom

Seven years ago, I stepped into my calling as The Coochie Coach, not just as a career but as a mission. This wasn’t a title I chose for fun or a brand I built on a whim—it was born from personal pain, deep-rooted passion, and an urgent need to change the way we talk about women’s health, sexual empowerment, and financial freedom.
I am the youngest of ten children. I grew up watching four of my biological sisters contract HIV, and I lost two of them to AIDS. I watched in real-time how a lack of access, information, and agency over one’s own body could become a life-or-death matter. It wasn’t just statistics on a screen or stories in a textbook—it was my family. It was my reality. And it changed me forever.
THE WAKE UP CALL

Losing my sisters forced me to ask hard questions:
• Why weren’t we taught more about our bodies?
• Why is sexual health still treated as taboo, especially for Black women?
• Why is financial dependence still keeping women in unsafe situations?
The answers weren’t easy, but they were clear—women, especially Black women, have been denied the tools to advocate for their health, their pleasure, and their financial independence. We are taught to endure, to sacrifice, to put ourselves last. And that conditioning is costing us our lives.
I refused to stay silent.
THE BIRTH OF THE COOCHIE COACH

I became The Coochie Coach because I wanted to create a space where women could have real, unapologetic conversations about their bodies, their pleasure, and their money. I wanted to give women the education my sisters didn’t have, the empowerment they weren’t offered, and the financial tools that could have changed their choices.
Over the past seven years, I’ve built a movement that connects coochie care with currency—because they are not separate. A woman who understands her worth (in the bedroom, in the boardroom, in her bank account) is unstoppable. Through coaching, community, and conversations that push boundaries, I’ve helped women reclaim their voices, their desires, and their financial power.
WHY NOW? BECAUSE WE CAN’T WAIT

The world is changing, but not fast enough. Women—especially Black women—are still dying from preventable health issues. We are still being dismissed by medical professionals, underpaid in workplaces, and overlooked in financial conversations. We are still being told that our pleasure, our protection, and our prosperity are secondary.
I won’t accept that. And I won’t let you accept it either.
Now is the time for women to take full ownership of their bodies and their bank accounts. Now is the time to break generational curses, to heal from what we were never taught, and to build wealth that outlives us. I do this work in honor of my sisters. I do it for the women who never had someone to fight for them. And I do it for you, so you never have to wonder if your health, happiness, and financial freedom are negotiable.
Because they’re not.
This is why me. This is why now.
