🩸 World AIDS Day Was December 1st, And We Remember

Earlier this month, we honored World AIDS Day. A time to reflect, remember, and raise awareness.

To those who lost loved ones to AIDS, whose families were forever shifted, whose hearts still hold that grief, you are not alone.

To the survivors, caretakers, advocates, and educators, we see you, we thank you, we hold space for you.

🕯️ Light a candle. Say a name. Tell a story. Make an appointment. Have the conversation.

Because remembering is a form of resistance. And love is still the most powerful medicine we have.

🎄 This Holiday Season, Let Peace Be Your Default

While the holidays swirl with invitations and obligations, I’m choosing to move slower, softer, and more intentionally.

No rushing. No proving. No over-giving.

I’m choosing:

 • Presence over pressure

 • Sacred rest over stress

 • Deep joy over performative celebration

However you honor this season. Christmas, Kwanzaa, Hanukkah, or your own sacred silence, know that your peace is non-negotiable.

Yes, you read that right. And She Was Loved…Always is Book #4, and it’s arriving before the year ends, officially dropping by December 31st.

It’s raw.

It’s real.

It’s poetic.

It’s for the lovers, the leavers, the lonely, and the lit-up women still writing their own endings.

🌱 Rebrand Rising: 2026, We Ready

In case you missed it, The Coochie Coach is growing into her next evolution.

This isn’t just a refresh. It’s a rebirth.

I’m creating something bigger, wider, and deeper to hold the full spectrum of who I am and what I offer.

The rebrand will house:

 • Doula wisdom

 • Financial healing

 • Public speaking

 • Wellness strategy

 • Spiritual leadership

 • And alllll the juicy, disruptive, liberatory work I’ve been building behind the scenes.

2026 is about legacy with legs. And this new brand will walk it all the way out.
